Clutch problems
Over the last couple of days my clutch has began to have alot of play in it. The clutch disengages but not as much as it used to it will grind when going into gears once in a while. And when stopped its sometimes hard to get into 1st or reverse. I can feel the differance in the petal. Ive tryed the self adjuster many times and I have also disconnected the reconnected the clutch cable. So after miles of abuse is it time for me to get myself a new quadrent and firewall adjuster? BTW i have a King Cobra clutch kit.
Thanks

RE: Clutch problems
Also if this is my problem I would like to get the steeda quick release clutch quadrent and the steeda firewall adjuster. Can I use my stock clutch cable with this, or will I have to get a new cable as well? The reason being I just replaced the cable and I dont want to spend more money haha.

RE: Clutch problems
Ok nvm guys I figured it out. When i replaced my clutch cable, I used a cheap a$$ advanced auto replacement. Well its been on the car for 4 weeks and where it goes into the firewall the outer part of the cable is like breaking and pulling into the firewall. So I guess ill just pick up a steeda clutch cable kit that comes with quadrent and adjuster.
