First off...did you just put the mils on? Did you unhook the battery or remove the code after you were done?

I put my mils on yesterday and had the code for about a half a day. It eventually goes off after it cycles itself.

I have that same code right now. I thought my MILS would erase that one but I guess they only work on the cat code. Just to let you know it is the rear driver side o2. I wouldn't bother with new MILs but I guess eventually we are gonna have to get new o2's

so should i just replace the 02 sensor? can someone tell me which sensor it is on 50resto.com? also, if i use the sct x2 tuner, could i get rid of that code instead of using the MIL's?

nah dude, just invest in a tuner, it will clear the code and shut off the o2's. Plus you can make ur car run a bit better. [8D]

If you have one then you can erase it but the diagnostics thing that i have allows you to erase it but it will always come back. I don't know if the sct will delete it forever.

with my friends diablosport you cleared the code and shut off the rear 02's, and it stayed that way for as long as the tune remained on the car.

I got this code and ended up replacing the Vapor Canister Purge Valve. Just my $.02. My solution worked.

I had the slow response o2 sensor codes before I put on my mils. They took care of it though.
