Default Painted chin spoiler...

Okay, now that I know I want to get rid of my rear spoiler, I'm curious to see if anyone has painted their Mach 1 style chin spoiler to match the car. I'm thinking about getting one, just to save some money right now. I want an 01 Cobra front end, but the chin spoiler is a little cheaper...

So, if you have a chin spoiler painted to match your car, please post pix...

thanks...

LOTS of flex agent in the paint.

If you painted it the same color as the car wouldn't it just kind of blend? I haven't ever seen one done but I think that it would just look like it is supposed to be there. Like it is part of the orig. bumper?

never thought of painting the chin spoiler..... Genius, maybe. I wanna see it too! I would imagine it would be very tough if not impossible to get a good paint job on a piece of plastic that flexible.

Very possible and easily done. Like I posted before, you just need to add the flex agent to the paint.
