Mach 1 because it is a little bit more rare. The power is the same, also the Mach 1 is newer.

Depends on what you want, mach1 gets my vote although you could get a cobra for less.

Since they both have the same power, it really isn't a huge loss either way. Looks wise, the mach1 is SO much better looking, especially with the shaker. *drools*

They are basically the same other than the Cobra will have IRS. So it boils down to which one you like better.
