Default yeahp another midpipe question please answer.

well today i listened to a friends newly added o/r x pipe, and as soon as i heard it i decided i had to get one. but i have no clue which brand o/r x pipe to get, i have borla pro xs mufflers on my 00 gt right now and it sounds good but not loud enough for me. i was thinking about bassani? or even the pypes xpipe? anybody have any suggestions.

Either one of those brands you mentioned would be a good choice, although with the mufflers you have it might be high pitched and kinda raspy but if you like it then go right ahead.

if i took the borlas off, and put some flowmaster 40 series or super 44's that it would be a deeper musclecar sound, rather than high pitched?

It might help alittle bit but the x-pipe produces more of a higher pitch than the h-pipe does anyways, so I would look for an h-pipe instead.
