Default Getting engine rebuilt

Hello all,

I am getting my engine rebuilt in my 2000 GT.

Are there any items that I should be aware of and let the shop know before they start the work?

I've only got bolt ons like long tube headers and CAI, nothing special.

Thanks,
Sam

If they are going into the short block I'd drop an extra $1800 or so and get forged parts put in, since you are already paying to have it apart.

That would be great but I can't afford the additional money.
I was going to have them put in an RV cam (mechanic suggestion) but decided not too once I learned alittle more about it.
I was also going to geta port and polish but I learned more about that and decided to save myself the $400 plus dollars on that.
