Default BBK Performance

Hey guys/girls,
I just bought a BBK Cold Air Intake, and i am looking at getting a BBK 70mm Throttle Body with BBK Upper Intake Plenum for $150. So I was wondering on your opinions of they listed above and if i will see better MPG also besides performance?
thanks,
MustangMike

accufab is more expensive though but better performance, not by much though just depends on what you want to pay for

I was in the same situation a few weeks ago-I didn't know if I should go with the BBK TB or the Accufab TB/Plenum. I ended up choosing the Accufab-which is a little more expensive, but I've heard that it gives you a little more power.

However, as far as power goes, you arent really going to gain much hp from the throttle body and plenum. You will get a little better throttle response though.

Thanks for the info, everyone. I was considering getting a BBK TB and plenum but after seeing the comments on the AccuFab and Professional Products, you've changed my mind.

From past experience and widespread opinion, TB and plenum combos are a really good case of "you get what you pay for" and i've heard some gnarly and bad BBK stories. Save a bit more and go for the Accufab.

Bad choice on the CAI, BBK's Cold air intake is crap once the heat soaks in it. better of returning it and getting a drop in filter from K&N , Once the metal BBK conducts heat it puts out just as much hp as a K&N. If you want a good CAI look at a dense charger , K&N CAI or JLT , they give out nice numbers and heat doesnt affect them.
