Short throw shifter, midpipe(h or x), full length sub frame connectors, and then mod to where you want to go from there.

All this talk of throttle body/plenum and whatnot does very little on our 2v's, the same goes for CAI's.

If I were in your shoes and had a stock gt again, I would go through the suspension mods first as I am into autorcrossing, soloII, and corner carving events.

What are your goals?
tb is prolly one of the better bolt ons to do... get like a 70mm-75mm !!!

u will see minimal gains from the following.... cai, udp's, filter, plenum, inlet pipe, maf ...
if u have the money and want the extra power, by all means buy everything u can !!!!

no, a tb is useless. What use would a larger throttle body be if everything before that and after that is constrictive?

For the op, if your looking for a decently quick dd, I would really just suggest the gears and short throw, if your not satisfied with your acceleration get some lower gears. Bolton's do crap for 2v's and you can ask the owner of the bucket what he put in and how much he got out of it. Save your money and grab a blower, and/or practice your shifting/driving techniques as that will make the biggest difference, and/or get a better suspension setup.

Ehh turbo or blower is definitely way down the road if I decided to do it. Still not really wanting to do that right away.

If I ever did do it does anyone know what I can expect gas mileage to be???

well don't u have to use premium gas w/ any forced induction? that alone would make driving the car more expensive.

but other than that i think turbos actually increase ur fuel economy and superchargers will decrease it a little bit. someone correct me if i'm wrong here

Come to think about it there is no way I'd put turbo on a mustang.

It would have to be supercharged.
