i would say ur starter is prolly frozen id take a hair dryer to it and hit it lightly with a rubber hammer

most def, agree with the starter problem. But the spot for the water to be at is weird. This pic was also about 9 months ago, and if i leake that much fluid, id be scrwed.

yea, if it leaked that much, that motor would be gone. heh.
