I have an 02 GT, 5 speed, so im havin the same problems...I put a set of Intrax lowering springs on my car, and it seemed to help a noticable amount. I guess they're a bit softer than stock. Eibach also seems to be a popular choice among stangs. He's right ^^^^ about the BFGoodrich D/Rs, they're awesome, but tend to wear quickly (as he said). A buddy of mine has an older 5.0 with about 400 hp, he has Nitto 555r's on his car, 275/40/16, and they're awesome. Amazing bite, and they've lasted 15,000 miles, and seem to be good for many more miles.

I seriously suggest subframe connectors, lower control arms, and the steeda adjustable rear sway bar.
