Fuel Injector Cleaner?
Ok, so I've read mixed reviews about this stuff. I have used it before in my car, but I don't know if it's good for the injectors. Anyone know if the cleaner is safe to use and what brand is best??[sm=feedback.gif]
that crap is a joke, worthless , dont waist your money... id bet youd need to run 20 of those bottles in a row for it to clean anything...the real way to clean your entire fuel system is with a pro fuel system cleaner ... i know i used this 3m pro cleaner the other day ... if a can full of this stuff, u knock your fuel system so it stops deleivering fuel, u plug this can into your fuelrail, its so cool, the car runs JUST off of this can for about 10 minutes or 20 minutes and then onec the can runs out the cars fuel ssytem has been clean, then u resent the fuel pump from the trunk and your set to go ... look into that if u really care to clean your fuel system

my uncle owns a Brake Masters shop so i got it done over there ... ill bet if u have a brake masters around where u live, or something to that extent, that they will offer the service.... i dont think the actualy name of what i used was "3m pro cleaner" .. .but it was something to that effect... ill try to get u that exact name... but call a few places and ask them if they do fuel system cleaning and then see what they use ... its pretty worth it ...if ur gonna spend money to clean ur fuel system... u might as well clean the entire thing, and clean it right

Ok, so it looks like I'll have to take it in and have them flush out the fuel rail with that pro cleaner and buy some FI cleaner to run through the tank as well. Thanks for the info.
