Default s281-e sc engine

I would post this in the saleen/roush section but it pertains mostly to my mustang gt. Ok, I will be getting an s281-e sc engine in the next few weeks (has to be shipped) and will be dropping it into my 96 gt. Unless the guy bails out at the last second, this is pretty much a sure thing. Its a pretty sweet engine, came outta a 2001 and it has only 17k miles on it. The sc is a series 2 which is set to 11psi. It has all the sc goodies including 42 lb injectors, 90 mm maf, 70mm tb etc, but I will need a 255lph fuel pump and a regulator. Comes with bbk shorty headers too, and a tuned diablo chip. This is a pretty sweet engine frrom what ive been reading, and it is a hell of good deal too. The money I was planning on spending on head/cam work is more than what i payed for this engine. Of course, while I got the engine out im gonna put a new clutch in, and a new radiator and possibly some 3.73s. Best part about this engine is its a 4.6 and comes with everything needed for the swap, ecu/wiring harness and bolts right up to my tranny.

Sounds good to me? Is there a question someplace that I missed? The only thing that I find hard to believe is that you got this whole thing for less than head/cams would cost. And if it truley comes with everything that you need you got one hell of a deal. Did you find this deal on E-bay by any chance?

...Houston, we have a problem. First of all, no E car engines or E cars were made in 2001. The E car had a series 5 blower. It sounds like you are buying a 2001 S281sc motor. A series 2 making 11 psi is pullied and not stock. Stock S281sc motors did not come with 42# injectors stock. Find out what the engine actually came out of. Get a vin #. The engine has been way modified from its stock form if it came from a 2001 S281sc. Get more info on it first. Tell us what it's gonna cost. You tend to get what you pay for.
