Yep, my car is automatic.

Any help with what backspacing I should get with prostars? 4.5" or 5.5"?

on an 8" wheel go with a 5.5" bs. I have pics of my car with 8's with both a 4.5" & 5.5" bs. Give me a minute and I'll post them up.

I'm going to step up to a 10" wheel with a 6.5"bs, it will sit flush with the fenderes just as the 8's with a 4.5"bs did.

hope the pics help.

Mine are a 15x10 with a 6.5" backspacing. The tires are 325's. They sit perfectly flush with the rear fender.

summit racing sells them for $212.95/ ea. http://store.summitracing.com/partde...p;autoview=sku

I have slicks so they don't handle in the rain.

I'm selling my rims, and slicks (mounted, balanced & rim screwed )for $400 http://neworleans.craigslist.org/pts/683836994.html
The slicks cost $157.95/ ea http://store.summitracing.com/egnsea...115+4294854919
So to buy the setup new would cost over $740 + mount + balance + rim screws

I'm not sure if you want slicks or even 28's at that but if so let me know.
