Default TB and Plenum

Is a 75mm TB and plenum worth the $469 + Install labor ($130) (looking at Accufab 75mm)....do you feel a real response with this change? I've done almost everything else to my Stang except supercharger or NOS and was looking at this.

They say only and 11 hp increase... that would be like $60 dollars a one horsepower increase....that expensive.

You can find a better price and as far as labor....you can do it yourself and save the $$.

That's a lot of money for that mod.[:-] I would look into getting a cheaper combo....I'm getting the C&L plenum for 160 bucks shipped and a P&P stock TB for 50 bucks. PLEASE do not have someone install it.....it's really easy to do yourself!

Independant test show most TB/plemun combos net about 5-7 rwhp. My combo of TrickFlow/BBK 75mm gained 5rwhp and 9rwtq. All gains were from 4000 on up.

yea, i dont really feel much of a gain in lower rpms, except more throttle response. but i feel alittle more accel when i get up around 90+ mph.
