check engine light
hi guys, i just installed a exhaust system to my mustang gt 04which includes a MAC PROCHAMBER O/R, FLOWMASTER SUPER 40s CATBACK AND 2 SETS OF MIL ELIMINATORS i was hopeing that with the mil eliminators installed the check engine light wont lite but it did and never went off . i dunno what i have to do so it goes away i tried by desconecting the battery but its still in there, any advise? thanks!!

did you install 2 or 4 MIL eliminators? In your post, you said you installed 2 "Sets" of MIL eliminators. if this is the case, you need to only use those on the 2 rear O2 sensors. You still need the 2 front O2 sensors to work. this may be why you are getting the check engine light.

The tuner will only shut off the 2 rear O2 sensors. I would reinstall the 2 front O2 sensors disconnect the battery for about 10 minutes and try it again.....You should be ok after that. The PCM needs to be able to read the 2 front O2 sensors. that is why you are getting the check engine light.
I installed a header back off road system on mine a couple of weeks ago, I couldn't find the MIL Eliminators anymore due to the EPA ban,had to buy an SCT x3 just to turn the rear O2 sensors off, but hell i got a new tune for my car too...
