i duno i have mac.... pretty good i guess.... the damn things keep loosen the header bolts though.....

I like the BBK's. Try some safety wire for those header bolts. Takes a little time to install but its sooooooo worth it

well i think i'm just going to opt for the locking header bolts... 40 bucks in stock at scamcahrgers....

go ceramic coated whatever you do.



I have Ford racing shorty's and love them, although bbk now offers full-lengths, worth checking into.

i have mac long tubes but make sure u move your air condition line up about 1" just drill small hole move bracket up or make one blew a line on header racing last year

I put JBA unequal length shorties on. Headerbolts were a tight fit and had to "massage" the collector to clear my stearing knuckle... but damn they're pretty. I can't say I really noticed and real performance gain, or difference in exhause note... but it looks good under the hood... and even if they are good for 15 horse, i'm not sure i'd tell the difference.

^ Which is why equal lenghts are important. They optimize the exhaust pulses and give a LOTTA more power, especially in a long tube version.

Anyone know of "HTS" coating by MAC long tube headers? Is that ceramic coating? If not, is that better or worse than ceramic coating?
