Default Intake Manifold:

Have a question for everyone. I have been researching intake manifolds and all the vairous companies out there making them for the 2v. Such companies as TrickFlow, Logan Racing, FoxLake Racing....Does these manifolds help without being blown or juiced? What company has the best manifold thus far and would bolting one up on my car make in power difference? Thank you all for your time...

Not a big enough power improvement to justify the money. Buy those 4.10 Gears in your sig first.

The new trickflow does seem to be pretty good from what I have heard.

This is the one that I am waiting for.

I agree with getting the gears first...I just have been seeing all these sweet intake manifolds and I was really curious about the powergains one could expect to see.

Yeah BBK sent me there new mag and I seen there intake in there....it was wild looking but I dont know of anyone running this intake manifold yet so I dunno anything about it (Maybe because it is not out yet like that link said fall lol) But the mag had the picture and all and I thought it was ready to ship..... Thanks for the replies guys!

1vryfststang- try getting a hold of oxfordgt he has the trickflow on his car, the only problem here is that most people don't believe in bolt on power, and to an extent i agree but you will get power from bolt ons. I would guess you could get 25-35 rwhp with a manifold+t/b+plenum.

Looking at what he has on his car, i very seriously doubts he needs an intake that's $1500. That thing is wicked...................and so is your car from the looks of it! Nice

http://loganmotorsports.com/logan_manifold.html here is the link if you guys want to look at it.
