Anybody have any special instructions for installing the X3. Do I need to remove fuel pump fuse or any other ones prior to using it?

you make sure your car is turned off....i make sure my radio is off...lights...ect..plug it into the port, then fallow the instructions that come on the screen once the tuner realizes you have plugged it in, and turned itself on.

Will I get any noticable gains with the mods I have or am I just wasting my time and money?

would you notice an increase? yes. now...its not going to feel like you just slapped a supercharger on there, or a 200 shot of nitrous....but you will notice a difference.

i personally would (and did) wait untill i had more bolt ons before getting the tune/tuner...otherwise if you got the tune, then later added a bunch of mods, you would have to send the tuner back in...with your updated mod list, so they could write you an updated tune. unless ofcourse you went the dyno route. personally...my x-cal 2 was my last performace mod, before moving onto suspension.
