I sprayed mine with clear and a little black. If you have a paint gun (or acsess to one) put some clear in it and then drop in a little bit of black. It leaves them looking shiny and cleared over just like the rest of the car.

Picture is in my sig.....if you want more let me know.

IT depends on the year of your car. They dont make vinyl's for the 96-98's... you can buy the kit and cut them yourself. Other than that take a look at the VHT nightshades...

I recommend stangmods.com Vinyl tints. They are not cut out EXACTLY the size of the tail lights but they nicely cover the important parts. Get that along with the side marker tints. Don't bother with their 3rd brakelight as it is a joke. You use a spray bottle with soapy water and spray it on the tail lights and then put it on and move it to perfect position. I really liked the process, it was so adhesive yet so removable at the same time. You can't tell that my tail lights are smoked by the vinyls unless you are standing like 2 feet from it. Plus you can take them off ANYTIME you don't like them anymore and try something else.

Keep in mind that this was taken in really bright direct sunlight. It will look much darker under usual light. Plus, it is their "smoked" tints, if you want it even darker, you can get their "blackout" ones.
