say i wanted to use a kenne bell supercharger on a 04 gt at 9+ psi... would i need to use a high performance engine rebuild kit for it to take this power? or what would be the necessary mods for it to be able to take this power?

 

Just keep your boost at around 10psi and you'll be fine. Just make sure to upgrade your injectors, fuel pump, MAF, plugs, and get a reputable shop to do a custom dyno tune. Other than that, theres nothing you can do but hope the stock internals dont crap.
