If the maf is dirty it will not always trip a code. But its could have dirt or maybe even oil residue from your k@n air filter,and could be messing with your maf readings.

ECTis the engine coolant temp sensor. Use your tuner which i would think it should be able to data log and show you the readings of your sensors. select the ect . And with the car at full temp see what it is reading. If the car is running to cold it will run rich. And that also may not throw a code always.
