loading brenspeed tune PROBLEM

loading brenspeed tune PROBLEM
anyone have this happen:????? when i go to live load tunes using the X3livewireupdater program(as specified), when i click on the emailed tune as the file i want to load then hit the program button to start it says: "wrong serial number, aborting". ive contacted brenspeed to see if they put in the wrong serial number for my x3. but just in case its something im not thinking of, i thought i would take a shot with you guys! Cause i want this S*** on my car right now

yea it has to bethe just coded the wrong serial number in for the x3. i just really wanted that tune in for the damn weekend!! so far they have been great, besides hearing problems(spelled my name wrong, and obv my serial #). def wont matter if the tune is good

hopefully they will get it fixed and get you the tune asap. im sure you will be impressed with the tune...i know i was atleast. all i had to compare it to tho was the stock tune, and the tune from a "jet" chip that was stuck in the ecu....brenspeed blew them both away (well obviously blew the stock one away) by far! i was/am quite pleased with the tune.
edit: of course its not like adding a supercharger or a 200shot of nos or anything....but still a damn good tune.
