Default Best Short shifter??

Im sure this has been in a thread before but im new to the v8 world last car was a v6 04 mustang and moved up to a 04 v8 mustang with 3650 transmision. Had a mgw shifter in my last car so im not sure what shifter to go with in the v8. Looking at the steed tri-ax, 5.0, B&M, and Hurst shifters. Anyone who has a shifter and loves it let me know and which ones you guys would rather go with. I know one person with a B&M and I like how short it is. So any input would be helpful. Thnx

i have a b&m pro ripper shifter which i also got for 70 bucks. it's a 3 piece design. during hard shifts my handle gets lose, so i have to retighten the screws. i've been wasting time on picking up some loc-tite.

dont ask about the stereo. it started reading cd error, and then got stolen. took care of my head ache.

I like my MGW. Got it for $100. You will get probably 60% MGW, 30% Steeda and 10% other responses.

the 5.0 is like the steeda just cheaper, get whatever one I would say steeda, however they all do the same thing as far as protecting your trans.

MGW...It's a complete redesign of the OEM shifter with the shortest stroke, not just at better made OEM design shifter with a shorter stroke...
