Ok I just put some MAC LT's and a bbk o/r x pipe in my 97 gt mustang and i bought the o2 extensions and the mil elim... but i am thowing codes for rear o2 sensors...??? Any help would be highly appreciative considering i may need to drive her to Texas for tech school from Maryland and i also have a terrible exhaust leak are macs known for cracking? thanks again

sometimes MILs just dont work..its a hit or miss kinda thing...looks like you missed lol...

hey man. yah the only thing i can think of is try to make your own mils. again that is definitley hit or miss as when i made mine, they last for 50 miles. Also look into a tune this way you can just turn off the o2's. As far as Mac, they make a decent header setup for cars. Not really known for leaking. I had full mac exhaust on car when i first bought it a year ago. the only thing i didnt like bout them is as soon as i learned how to drive and shifted above 5 on the tach the baffles blew out of the mufflers. find that leak. It shouldn't have anything to do with who makes the headers.

If you have the extra cash, get a handheld tuner and turn off your O2 sensors. By the way, tech school? Like Air Force tech school?

exactlly im going to basic at lackland oct/nov and then tech im goin in as a avionics tech on planes.....and what hand hld tuners do yal suggest???

the xcal3 from americanmuscle. hopefully i wont have to get one because when i swapped my midpipe out to pass emissions the CEL came on. so far its off otherwise ill be shelling out like 380 to get that s hit. def the best tuner out there imo

Lackland is very nice that time of year. I was there Oct-Nov. '99, then Shepard AFB until June of '00. You going active or guard?
