2000 GT tranny question

2000 GT tranny question
my 2000 GT has about 110,000 on the tranny. It sometimes has a hard time going into 3rd but its on rare occasions.. any ideas of what it could be? i was thinking about having it serviced and flushed. all info is appreciated
