Default stalling - bogging

I have a forged bottom end car with comp 270's, stg 2 heads, 30# injectors. I have two problems here I need help with. The car on start up will idle for 60-90 seconds then stall. The warmer the engine gets the quicker the stall. When driving every time you come to a stop it stalls. When going full throttle it will pull fine up to 3500 - 4000 rpm's then bog, like it's loading up (getting real rich). This just started after I had a little light to light action with a vette. Went to 6000 in first pulled second hard and went to 5000. When I drove it the next day this crap started. I have checked the fuel filter and it was fine. Any thoughts on what might be happening?

Did you recently do all the work to the bottom end and the injectors? How long have you had the car since the work?
