A shift kit is very simple to install.

It took my friend and I about an hour to do it, and neither of us had ever done it before.

It all depends on what your going for with your vehicle to start out. I think it would be a better choice to go with the Short Shift kit right now, unless you want to get an aftermarket midpipe instead of a throttlebody/plenum combo. The gains you would see with an aftermarket midpipe would be far greater than the gains you would see from a TB/Plenum combo with the stock midpipe still installed. You can also get a very high quality midpipe for the cost of the TB/Plenum, or you could go with a non-stainless midpipe and still get the Short Shift kit for relatively the same price. I think that would be a much better option if you don't care about stainless...

Of course, this is completely irrelevant if you do have an aftermarket midpipe. But I couldn't tell with your sig not being clear enough.

alls i have done to it is the 40 series flows and my C.A.I. If i get the TB and plenum I will probably get the MID pipe by the end of the summer. plus the price is so low for the TB and Plenum($330) thats cheap. what do you think

Depends on how soon you want the additional power. If you can't get the TB/Plenum combo for that price later on, then I would definitely get those now as well. Hell, a deal is a deal! But if you can get those parts at the same price at a later time...no time like the present for more power!

It slipped by me the first couple times...why in the world did you make two posts about this? [&:]

If i dont buy it from him like today he is selling it to someone else. So i think i should buy it today. And later in the summer i should have enough money to get the mid-pipe. What do you think?
