Default A.C filter ?

is there an A.C filter on my 2001 GT ?

i have problem when i switch on the AC sometimes when i accelerate the AC air becomes gray .. like smoke .. and after i drive slowly for about 3 - 2 min it goes

i think only the S-197's have a cabin filter. i don't know about the smoke from the vents though, that's just weird

Well it could be just air coming out at a colder temp, and it looks like smoke (open the freezer on a hot day and you'll know what I mean)

If the air smells sweet, I'd be checking the heater core for leaks

It is most likely fog (condensation), and is often a symptom of an undercharged or overcharged system, the evaporator is geting VERY cold and causing water vapour in the air to condense. This can also happen normally in areas having very high humidity and amibient temperatures around 70°F or so--we see it once in a while in Florida.
