Default 1998 GT 5.8 351w engine swap

Hopefully I can get some actual help and not smart remarks. Can you run a 5.8 or 5.0 in a 1998 mustang and just swap out the computers and still keep it fuel injected? Or do u have to rip out the harness in the dash from a 94-95?

you will need New Harness, New motor mounts, most likely a entirely new K-member to have the oil pan clear. And yes the 94-95harness would be helpful.

Btw, your sig photo is a bit too large. Please size it down.

do u know how hard it is to take the harness from a 94-95? do u have to take your whole dash apart to get at it? and is there going to be any differences because they changed the interior a little bit in 96-98. Btw, i know im workin on it

^Gee what did i say.

People try to give you advice and you get angry when they try to clarify what you are asking. And if your worried about take the dash out this build might not be the best choice right now. These take a lot of work, money, and patience.

So because we tried to correct you on all your misinformation you say we gave you smart remarks and you start a new thread? I think you got all the same answers in your last thread.

you can keep it f/i if you use a 94-95 harness, if the newer 5.0s use a windsor firing order like the old h.o's. The dash isnt hard to take out on these cars, much easier than a foxbody. A tubular 94-95 k-member would help aswell, a regular 5.0 kmember might work tho.

Thanx chris for the info also thats a pretty sweet stang u got. So the 94-95 wire harness just clips in where the current one is? If thats it, that seems pretty straight forward. I just really dont like pulling dashes or interiors apart cuz i can never put it back together lol. What year h.o.'s have the windsor firing order?

Alright, I'll bite... what have you done to show anyone otherwise? You pop up with 5 posts and start asking questions that don't make a whole lot of sense. Then you immediately go on the defense when P71Vic makes the effort to post in your thread to help YOU and only you.

After all of this you are worried about internet respect... I say change your attitude or GTFO. We don't need this kinda crap here.
