Default Summit upper and lower control arms

I bought a set of summit upper and lower control arm for $100 and someone told me they have bad bushing in them and thats y they sell them so cheap.(he never seen the bushing. just what he herd). They are Polyurethane bushing. They look fine so rips or dry rot.
So my question is are they bad?

Just upgrade the bolts to grade 8 and keep em' greased and you'll be fine
