Default clutch install

How hard is it to change a clutch on an 01 gt in the driveway. Non of my friends work in the shop anymore, I dont really wanna pay 600 bux for labor. Ive done clutches before, just never in a driveway. If anyone has done this, suggestions would be nice. thanks

3 1/2 ton jack to get high off the ground. 3ft./2 ton jack stands to hold you high up there. A air tank and a impact gun, and a whole lot of patience. Remember to change your pilot bearing, resurface your flywheel and check for any oil leaks around you rear oil seal..

Tranny isn't all that heavy, but I'd still recommend a tranny jack. Just makes life easier. You can usually rent one for little of nothing. Jack it up, put it on four jack stands and rock on. Did my '96 that way. Just don't do like I did a few years ago and forget to put boards under the stands on asphalt!! Nice holes...
