it is illegal to have high beams and fogs at the same time but it can be done by wiring them differently. i can pull up a wiring diagram on monday and show you how its done.

im not exactly sure if they are but someone had told me before that it is illegal and that is why no cars from the factory allow the fogs to be on with the high beams.

I thought they turn off the fogs to allow more power to be pushed to the headlights? i know in one city here in oklahoma its illegal to drive with fogs on w/o any fog(OU ftl). or its illegal to drive through this certain suburb w/o high beams on(must be the deer).

With my HIDs i cant turn on my fogs and headlights at the same time without the car running. the fogs just flicker like they dont get enough power
