I would like to know what are the best longtube headers and mid pipe for my car, I have a 2003 GT. I have Flowmaster's 40 series catback. Also is a x pipe really that much better than an H-pipe?

I was thinking about MAC or BBK. But then I saw some SLP headers and saw they were so much more expensive and thought, are they that much better? Does anyone have any advice, or know of a tech artical comparing exhausts?
