Default check engine light after tb install /no codes

Well I just installed a new mac 75mm throttle body. After I installed it I drove to work and back. When I got it in the garage a disconnected the battery for about 20 mins. Went for a ride and the check engine light came on. Used my scanner and pulled the codes "bank 1, bank 2 too lean". So I bumped up the fuel trim a liitle bit and reinstalled the tune. Check engine light came back on, this time it says "no faults". Went to the auto wreckers, got another tps sensor and replaced it, same result, check engine light on, "no faults". Car runs greats idles good, no problems. Any ideas would help. Thanks

Try unhooking the battery again but this time mash the brakes (I think 3x) to clear the codes.

So I disconnected the battery again and mashed on the brakes, still didn't work. The bank 1, bank 2 too lean codes came back again. Cleared the codes and now the lights on but it says no faults? any idea? Thanks
