Angry intake replacement

Not to beat a dead horse but I came home and was idling my 2000gt when poof steam under the hood.
Well it happened to me now and because the car is over 7 years old I have to replace it at my cost.
Fords recall is for cars 7 years or younger will be covered with unlimited miles mine is 9.

So here is the question, what would be the best aluminum intake to replace it with because if I am going to fix it I would like to get some more power out of it.

Thanks in advance.

Well on the 2v's aftermarket intakes do not help that much, In fact most of them build slightly more top end power at the sacrifice of a lot of low end torque.

The best bang for your buck is to get the intake with the aluminum crossover.

Darn that's what I was afraid of. I do have a 75mm ty and a trickflow intake, yes I know that intake show's the least gain I got it when it first came out.
