Question Power Chip Programmers

I am about to test out my friends SuperChips Max for my 2002 Mustang GT which is completly stock... But i noticed it is not as expensive as the others... Does this mean it's not as powerful? What do you guys suggest is a good buy?

Ok well I am now trying to put the chip in but i must remove the fuel pump fuse... it shows diagrams but i cant be certain... neone have a better picture of it? and if i use the fuel turn off in the back will that work nd not mess up my car?

the fuel pump mini fuse is #14 inside the engine compartment's fuse box.
