Default yet another vvme question

so i installed my hid kit yesterday high and low beam.. and it seems that my high beams are low and my low beams are high. I read on here somewhere about switchin some wires around so i figured it would be the 2 in the blue plug but it was exactly the same afterwords. Anyone know the problem or which wires to switch?
