I've noticed that about the head rests. The '05s are much better seats and the HR are useful in a rear-end hit. If some company made aftermarket HRs to match the interiors, but really were useful, I'd buy them for the saftey. I've been hit before and I'd like to have functional HRs.

 

The IUP seats are very nice, although my non IUP's are a little uncomfortable.
