Hey guys, have had my GT for about a week and half now, an acquaintance with his Evo MR bugs me to race him every time I see him, and it's starting to annoy me to hell since the dude is like 120 lbs at most and i feel like I could throw him through a wall. His Evo is putting down 320whp and has all wheel drive

My mustang is completely stock. I want to be able to achieve as close to 300 whp with bolt ons as I can and gain an additional 100 from nitrous. Is this possible with the mods I have listed here? If not, what will I need to do to my mustang to shut him up?

Planned mods:
-4.10 gears
-CAI/Throttle Body/Plenum
-MAC Catback
-X Pipe
-Drag Radials
-93 Octane Tune
-Underdrive Pullies

You wont hit 300RWHP unless you have full bolt ons + cams. With Full bolt ons you will be around 255-265 range.

+1, OP you might also want to throw longtubes in there and steeda u/d pullies also. If i was closer to you I would shut him up 4 ya lol

 

Ouch, was hoping to not have to go that route. I'm being weird but I think cams make the car sound like it's grinding up rocks in the engine lol... maybe I should just save up for a supercharger.

Get your bolt ons and shoot some nitrous....done deal

 

4.10's, drag radials and a 100 shot will make him shut up. Full bolts + cams + gears + 100 shot will make him wonder what just flew past him.

but yea... full bolt on's and cams and long tubes and some 4:10's and you'll give him a run for his money... but he should still squeek out a win...
