Fore fuel hat in 98gt

Fore fuel hat in 98gt
Hey fellas, will the fore fuel hat fit in the stock 98 mustang tank? I'm assuming if it does I'll have the same problem when running it below 1/4 or so like the 99-04 tanks, but will it fit and will my harness plug into it? Thanks.
