Default Midpipe Question

I am looking for a o/r midpipe and have stock headers...what pipe would i need to fit that?

No, he means what length.

As long as the midpipe does not specify that it is for long tube headers, it will work.

If it says stock manifolds, or shorty heads, then you're good to go.

Several different brands/cats-no cat combinations out there.

Seeing as how you have a Flowmaster exhaust I would say get an H-Pipe if you want that old school muscle car sound but if you like it raspy like I do then get an X Pipe.

i first ran a flowmaster with a bbk o/r x pipe and i liked the sound. i have a pypes o/r x pipe on my cobra and i liked how it was easier to install than the bbk.

You need a full length or regular mid pipe, if it says shorty, then it is meant to back up to longtubes. Bassani has their own, it is a mid length. Check out youtube for some different sound clips to see what you like backing up to your flows, then check the sponsor sites for the best deal.

alright sounds good yeah I figured that but I found a guy with a o/r h pipe for long tubes for really cheap, but Ill have to keep looking around. thanks
