I did all my intake mods at the same time and the car pulled harder in the upper rpm's.

Just a little heads up about LateModelResto, call them and make sure they have it in stock BEFORE you place the order online. I've tried to order numerous parts through them only to find out a week later that they are on backorder.
Thanks for the info, I'll keep that in mind before I do order

I got the Accufab 75mm TB&P. I am happy with it, got it used, so can't complain. Plus if I go FI later on, im set. Biggest difference is in the throttle response.

I have the C&L and it works great. You also get a bonus sound when u smash the gas which make u passengers ask "What the hell is that swoosh noise"?

Read this...

In theory the 75mm TB is overkill and could reduce charge velocity, however empirically it probably doesn't matter.

FWIW I intentionally got a 70 mm TB--if I ever decide to go f/i I'll buy a 75 or the BBK 78 and sell the 70 for $60 on ebay for a whopping $30 "loss"...

A stock long block w/ exhaust manifolds, o/r H, dronemaster, 75mm tb, and C&L plenum made 260rw in my car. With the addition of a V2, Innercooled and 10lbs at the manifold I made 440rw.

If it does decrease charge pressure and does hurt performance I would say that it's nominal. I'm sure anythings Better than stock but I don't believe there's much gained from the larger TB except just a few hp when the engine is still close to stock trim.

These engines need everything working together to produce good numbers. Any which way (but Loose) 70/75 or 78 it'll works itself out in the end, if you keep on modding your car.
