Has anybody put the seats out of an 05+ mustang in a 99-04 stang if so what was involved in the swap.

 

havent seen it done, but from experience, if you get the seats from a donor car get all the bracket off the seat. ive seen some seats where the just swap the brackets from the old seat to the new one if they match close enough. i have also seen a set up where the old seat brackets were welded to the new seat bracket. prefit the seats first if you can, on my cobra the seats are wider than on my gt and they do not fit very well, i dont think for did a good job on the seats with the 03 cobra. they rub the interior plastics where on my gt they slide back and forth with ease. good luck
