you wont get the sound you want with either muffler you get with out a different mid pipe than that stock 2.25 piece of junk.

 

Longtubes, catted short H and magnapacks is my plan for exhaust if I ever get around to it. But I wouldn't mind LM2's either... ha.

edit: aren't they a very similar straight-thru design? It's amazing they sound so different.

 

i have the magnapaks and love em very low rumble at idle and deep roar when i punch it no rasp and no metal sound thats with stock mids it has a very deep tone

 

+1 on the Mags, I have them on my otherwise stock 03 GT. Funny how often I get complimented on the sound. It's by no means overly loud or raspy(other than my wifes opinion), but gets attention. They have a great low note at idle, and wake up above 2500 rpms.

 

ok, i really want a very deep growl, but i also want quite loud. On AM.com, the review said it was one of the loudest and i want that especially if its deep.

 

I love my magnapacks. Had a lot of compliments. Great fit and quality.

i have the mags, check my sig video. but im running 3 inch long tube headers with no cats x pipe.
