Default passenger side flooded

After driving home yesterday from work I noticed the passenger side of my car (2001 Mustang) was flooded. The entire front and back had about 2 inches of water on the floor. It had been raining heavily that day but it had stopped before I started driving. There is no sunroof and the windshield hasn't been replaced. The door was dry, the dashboard was dry, and the trunk was dry. The carpet sections that go from the floor to the door and the floor to the seats were dry also. And I haven't used the AC in about a year, I turned it on to see if it still works and its fine, so I don't think there's a leak there. Can anyone help me figure this one out?

I get a trickle of water that comes in around my power windows when I wash it. Never enough to get the carpet wet.
