Default Brake Issue

Hi, I have a 99 Gt and all of my brakes are grabbing with my foot off the pedal. It has new calipers and it still does this. What can I do to determine what the problem is? What else is there that can be wrong? The brake booster, or the brake lines? Thanks for the help.

Yes, it is all the brakes. The rear ones are the worst. I have all new pads and new calipers. The fluid is full on top of the booster. When I had my transmission worked on the guy said to loosen some bolts on the booster or something. I don't really remember though. I'm not sure what that would do.

the mechanic may have been talking about the two bleeder valves on the brake master cylinder/booster whatever it is. but im sure those are only for removing air from the system
