clutch not engaging

Default clutch not engaging

when i push my clutch in it goes into gear but it seems like the clutch does not engage all the way beacuse it doesnt always want to go into gear. the clutch was just replaced and it has fluid.. does it just need to be adjusted or could my trans be going out?

will it not go into any gear or just certain ones? because mine doesn't like to go into reverse alot of times because the synchro is f'ed

yeah my t-45 synchros are trashed. its a fight to get into first and reverse

it goes into all the gears 1st and reverse are kinda tough but it just feels like the clutch is not engaging at all and im just shifting without it.. and my clutch isnt letting out till its almost all the way out but it just started doin this and this is a new clutch so do i need to just adjust it?
