You may want to try asking your question in the 4.6 (1999-2004 Modular) Mustang Forum

wait....

"the guy before me i suppose he had the computer tuned". your running a 125 shot ontop of all the other mods and you havent had your car tuned? consider yourself lucky. i'd get on the dyno before you spray again. are you hearing any noises or anything else when its hesitating? also shouldnt you want to step up your fuel pump to a 255lph with the power your putting down? on the nitrous your at what, around 350rwhp? i wouldnt be doing that with a stock fuel pump.

misfires are caused by 1 of 3 things. air, fuel, spark. u can try the easy things first like fuel filter, fuel injector cleaner, clean intake filter and MAF, etc... but its likely to be spark plugs or COPS.

check your plugs, see if any are burned up from the shot.. if the guy before you didn't get it tuned for all the bolt on's on there, then its time for a tune.

When the plugs are out check for little silver specs to see if you have any signs of detonation for future reference
