Default Weight loss program

Well I have not seen this topic so I thought I would try.

The 4.6 is muscle challenged so if you cant add HP/TQ then loose the weight.

How much have you lost doing what?

Default RE: Weight loss program

well i've heard every 100 lbs is a tenth of a second...

front k member and coil overs get u 70lbs alone and thats front weight remove spare and rear seat delete prob another 50-65 depending on ure interior package

carbon fiber hoods save 10-20lbs dedping on cowl ram air etc

drive shavt aluminum bout 5 lbs saving but less rotating wgt on drive train( better than just vehicle wgt)
I'm sure I could think of more but those are just top of the head numbers

K
