Pink is 21#, Orange are 19#, and blue are 24#. I think starting in 03 they used 21#. As for the fuel pump, I have no idea. All I know is I had to contact the mob just to get a fuel pump from a 98 Cobra. Damn year to year changes.

This is correct. But they started using the 21# in 2002. This should be your fuel pump... 1999-2003 Ford Mustang 8 cyl 281/4.6L MFI fuel pump #749-731
But I am glad somebody cleared it up, I wasn't quite sure about it.
